The Understated Virtue for Life & Leadership. As men we are all called to leadership in one form or another in various contexts in our lives. But when we think of the essential virtues required for such leadership, we often think first of virtues such as influence, resilience or courage. Humility is not one of the first virtues that comes to mind.
